Cooperative Communities are specialized living and entrepreneurial communities established with the resources of members of a Cooperative, such as the Eagle’s Real Estate Cooperative Limited.
What is it? Vision? Objects? Who owns it? How can someone be a member? Where is its office? How does it operate? Board of Trustees? Management? Programs? Projects? Members?
The Vision of the Cooperative is “to make home ownership accessible and affordable to every individual.”
The Objective is “to help a thousand family/persons become a landlord annually.”
Eagles Real Estate Cooperative Limited was established from the industry and field experiences of the CEO of Height Properties and Investment LTD. The Cooperative is a child of necessity.
The Membership is open to anyone who is desirous of becoming a landlord, or a homeowner, as the Americans more rightly term it. Membership is obtain with the payment of N4,000 (non-refundable) fee. A membership application form is issued to the applicant. The form is duly completed and returned to the Coordinator for administrative action.
The Cooperative office is located at Block 19 Askamaya Road, Royal View Estate, Ikota, Lekki Lagos.
Its Board of Trustees includes Magbulu Ebele Mabel (president), Enwere Success M (Treasurer), Elem Ann O (Secretary)
The Management is led by Ann Elem as Head Cooperative Affairs.
Members: All staff of Eagles Height Properties are automatically a member of the cooperative. And we recruiting more members
Projects: Eagles Ville site which is being cleared and perimeter fencing and gatehouse are under construction.
The Eagles Real Estate Cooperative is a registered Cooperative. It has been operating since 2018, and has one major Real Estate project which its members are enjoined to ‘cooperatively’ own.
